prompted the addition of men's ice hockey and women's volleyball
in the 2000-01 season. Now entering the school year of 2007-08,
the Finlandia Athletic Department has expanded its programs to 12
intercollegiate sports with the addidtion of men's golf.
Student-athletes
at Finlandia are given the opportunity to progress toward a degree
of their choice and develop their athletic abilities in an environment
that supports growth intellectually, socially, spiritually, and
physically.
As
well as being a member of the NCAA Division III, Finlandia men's
ice hockey team is a member of the Midwest Collegiate Hockey Association
