Finnish American Heritage Center Theater

The Finnish American Heritage Center theater is a spacious and brightly lit meeting and event space with a vaulted, tin ceiling (the building's original ceiling). In addition to university plays, concerts and other programs, the theater is a popular site for community events, including annual Finnish programming such as Finnish Independence Day and the City of Hancock's Heikinpäivä festival, and a monthly Nordic Film Series. The Finnish American Heritage Center is the host of the children's Finnish folk group, Kivajat.
