Assistant Coach/ Offensive Line, Football

Position Summary: Finlandia University seeks a qualified and dynamic individual to help establish and lead a new DIII football program for our campus and community. The Offensive Line Coach must demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills and must be able to work effectively with staff, faculty, and other members of Finlandia’s community and constituents of the Upper Peninsula. As a team player within the athletics department, the Offensive Line Coach will assist the Head Coach in fostering student personal growth and development as well academic and athletic achievement. The Offensive Line Coach will assist the Head Football Coach in recruitment and retention of qualified student-athletes, and the administration of a competitive NCAA Division III football program while adhering to all NCAA and/or conference rules for the sport of football.

Position Summary: The Head Coach, Women’s Soccer, is responsible for the development and implementation of a successful intercollegiate women’s soccer program by fulfilling specific job responsibilities in the intercollegiate Athletic Department. The Head Coach is expected to work as a team-player with primary responsibilities to coordinate all aspects of the women’s soccer program and adhere to all NCAA rules for the sport of women’s soccer. The Head Coach fosters student personal growth and development, as well academic and athletic achievement. The Head Coach is viewed as a mentor and advocate of equity and diversity within the Athletic Department.
